Bodycon Digital Rave Part 1 for 3DO is a disc with video recordings from rave parties that became very popular in Japan in the mid-90s.
You can watch nine videos from various clubs in Japan: Xenon Dicsco Studio, Gypsy Queen, etc. and of course, hang out with trendy music at the same time.
